You may return any unused item within 30 days for a refund.
If you received free shipping then $9.99 will be deducted off of the credit amount when returning an order.
Shipping cost (if paid at time of ordering) will not be refunded.
Exceptions:
Items that were personalized such as Kippot, embroidered items, all Rings and personalized jewelry etc. cannot be returned.
Returns must be unused and in its original condition including packaging (carton, wrapping, labels, tags, and manuals).
Returns must be packaged in an additional shipping carton with adequate padding to ensure the item’s protection during transit.
Prior to returning any item you must contact us via-email [email protected] or call us at 1-800-336-2291 to receive a return authorization number (RMA#). Please place the RMA# on the package.
For your protection, make sure to insure the package. Zion Judaica.com will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
